Ah Fleepster, you de bomb, of course. I love your 'blogvoice,' a writing style both casual and comfortable, obviously coming from a centered author. Thank you for your kind words and for all your hard hard work. I'm privileged to know you. Our efforts are all the more inspired by you and your example. Okay, stoppin' the schmaltz. One word now: WoooooooooooooT!!!!

What a nice turn of phrase, Peggy!

a tiny cluster of hopeful pioneers (NYC) to a dedicated ensemble struggling to get their voices heard (Chicago), to a shining and powerful host of creative, collaborative and unstoppable educators: truly a force to be reckoned with.

FLeep! As a proud attendee of all the SLCC's I can tell you that this was nothing short of astounding! The education strand has evolved from a tiny cluster of hopeful pioneers (NYC) to a dedicated ensemble struggling to get their voices heard (Chicago), to a shining and powerful host of creative, collaborative and unstoppable educators: truly a force to be reckoned with. The strides we have made are the fruits of many labors, but this event was a huge milestone and it had "Fleep" written all over it. Many, many thanks. Heartfelt wishes for you and your family as the journey is darkened by illness. The light will return...I know.
